Butter Bread 
Butter soft bun with sweet and salty flavor which is a favorite Thai flavor. 
Served with drinks like hot tea, coffee or warm milk. Butter bun can fits everything.

Ingredient
For 12 pieces
Cooking time: 2.30 hours

1. 200 grams Bread crumbs
2. 60 grams Cake flour
3. 5 grams Dried yeast
4. 130 grams Water
5. 70 grams Sugar
6. 1 Egg
7. 1/4 Tsp. Salt
8. 30 grams Fresh butter
9. 20 grams Fresh milk
10. White butter (for paint mold)

Bread decorating
1. 70 grams Fresh milk
2. 40 grams Sugar
3. 20 grams Icing sugar

How to cook
1. Add dried yeast in warm milk. Add 1 handful sugar and put all dried yeast. Set aside for 10 minutes (Mixture 1).
2. Mix 2 kinds of flour. Add sugar, grounded salt and egg yolk in warm water. Stir to combine (Mixture 2).
3. Add mixture 1 in a mixture 2 and mix together.
4. Add fresh butter and mix together.
5. Pour all ingredients in a blender with medium speed- high speed for 15 minutes.
6. Remove flour from a mixing bowl and set aside in white buttered tray. Then cover with plastic film for 1 hour.
7. Punch the dough to push the air out. Or knead the dough .
8. Then cut the dough into 45-50 grams before roll the dough into a ball. And rest dough for about 30 minutes.
9 . Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 12-15 minutes.
10. Prepare butter for paint on the bread.
10.1 Beat butter until creamy.
10.2 Add sugar and beat the butter, add the sugar and set aside.
11. When the bread is cooked. Paint sugar on the bread.
12. Sprinkle with icing sugar. And ready to served
