Description

Tuna Mayo Bread Butter is soft butter bread stuffed with tuna mixed with mayonnaise. Flavor are compatible and tuna are also rich in nutrients such as fatty acids that are good for the body (HDL) is high in protein and nutritional value much more.

Tuna Mayo Bread


Ingredient
For 10 pieces
Cooking time: 2.30 hours

1. 150 grams Bread flour
2. 50 grams Cake flour
3. 3 grams Dried yeast
4. 120 grams Fresh milk
5. 30 grams Sugar
6. 40 grams Fresh butter
7. 1/2 Tsp. Salt
8. White butter

Mayonnaise
1. 130 grams Tuna
2. 40 grams Mayonnaise

How to cook
1. Divide warm milk (2 tbsp.) Add 1 handful sugar, put all dried yeast. And set aside for 10 minutes (Mixture 1).
2. Mix 2 kinds of flour, add sugar, milk powder, grounded salt and stir to combine. Set aside. (Mixture 2)
3. Put the mixture 1 into the mixture 2, then mix to combine together.
4. Put butter prepared to mix it together.
5. Pour mixture into blender. Then beat well at medium speed - high speed for about 20-25 minutes.
6. Remove flour from a mold and set aside for 1 hour.
7. Prepare spinach and cheese filling.
7.1 Crush tuna meat until finely.
7.2 Mix mayonnaise with tuna together. Set aside.
8. Punch the dough to push the air out. Or knead the dough .
9. Cut the dough into small piece equally about 30-40 grams. And set aside for another 10-15 minutes.
10. Wrap tuna with the dough.
11. Set aside the dough for 30 minutes.
12. Bake at 180 degrees for 15-17 minutes.
13. Set aside the dough on wire rack.
14. Ready to serve.
